Cross Development wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site was last reviewed against these guidelines in November 2026, using automated testing on every page and manual checks with a keyboard.
What we have done
- Text descriptions for meaningful images, and decorative video hidden from screen readers.
- Every link and control works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
- Text and background colors that meet WCAG contrast requirements.
- Pause controls for moving content, and no motion for visitors who turn on reduced motion in their device settings.
- Pages that resize and reflow for phones and zoomed screens.
Known limitations
The maps on this site are mainly visual. The same information, every state where Cross Development is active, is also available as a text list on the Markets page.
